Self-Service Cancel:

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the User Dashboard, stopping future renewals.

Non-Refundable Usage:

To prevent data abuse, features such as generated AI research reports, stock pool exports, and real-time technical alerts are considered immediately consumed.

Introduction

At CoreAgentFund, we strive to build advanced AI-powered investment research tools, including the Top100 Stock Pool, 3D AI Inner Reports, and real-time quantitative monitoring. Since our platform offers high-value digital analysis tools and instant data access, we have formulated this Refund Policy to be fair, transparent, and compliant with consumer laws.

Refund Eligibility

1. Subscription Plans (PRO & VIP)

Monthly and Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund review within 7 days of the initial purchase or automatic renewal date, provided that:

  • You have not generated more than 2 AI Research Reports during the current billing cycle.
  • You have not accessed or exported premium data pools (e.g., VIP Institutional Portfolio tracking).
  • There was a technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the platform for more than 24 consecutive hours.

2. System Errors & Billing Discrepancies

We will issue a full refund immediately in cases of:

  • Double charging or incorrect subscription plan pricing due to platform billing glitches.
  • Verified unauthorized billing where your payment method was compromised (proof of dispute might be requested).

Non-Refundable Items & Actions

To protect our proprietary quantitative signals, financial data pipelines, and AI resources from malicious scraping, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Consumed API & Analytics Credits: Any account that has already used its full daily or monthly limits of AI model calls, report generations, or indicator evaluations.
  • Data Exports: Subscriptions that have downloaded or exported data (such as CSV stock pools or PDF research reports).
  • Change of Mind: Refund requests based on changing market conditions, personal financial situation, or simple change of preference.
  • Abuse & Terms Violations: Accounts suspended due to sharing logins, using bots to scrape the platform, or violating our Terms of Service.

Refund Process

1. Submitting a Request

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or Stripe receipt
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

2. Timeline of Review

  • We will acknowledge and log your request within 2 business days.
  • Our finance team will verify system logs and usage history within 5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact support before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in administrative penalties for our merchant account and will lead to immediate, permanent termination of your CoreAgentFund account and potential blacklist of your email/payment method from future access.
